It’s never too late to pursue a dream.
This is especially true for 43-year-old mom and Wilmette resident Katy Cox, who is finally pursuing a passion of hers from childhood.
Cox began taking singing lessons at the age of 11, and participated in musicals in high school. She even majored in theater while at the University of Notre Dame.
“I was always a singer,” she said.
However, following her graduation from Notre Dame, Cox decided to go in a different direction and attend law school.
