Mather Place of Wilmette taught local seniors the basics and then some of social media during a presentation Feb. 5 at Maggiano’s in Skokie.
“Social Media is a great way for older adults to stay in touch with people they might not otherwise be able to see on a regular basis. Providing information and resources to help navigate the online world is important,” said Drew Kowalski, experience director of Mather Place of Wilmette.
